Do not use Linkr.lt to facilitate unlawful, deceptive, harmful, abusive, infringing or security-threatening activity.

You must not use Linkr.lt for:

1. malware, ransomware, spyware, trojans, cryptominers or malicious software;
2. phishing, credential harvesting, fake login pages or OTP theft;
3. fraud, fake shops, fake invoices, fake charities or deceptive schemes;
4. scams, fake giveaways, advance-fee schemes or fraudulent investment/crypto offers;
5. spam, unsolicited bulk messaging or abusive link distribution;
6. illegal drugs, unlawful weapons, stolen data, counterfeit goods or other prohibited goods/services;
7. copyright, trademark or other intellectual-property infringement;
8. non-consensual intimate imagery or sexual exploitation;
9. child sexual abuse material or exploitation of minors;
10. terrorist or violent-extremist recruitment, facilitation or glorification where unlawful;
11. credible threats, stalking, doxxing, targeted harassment or unlawful hate-based abuse;
12. deceptive impersonation of a person, business, organisation or public authority;
13. malicious redirects, cloaking or redirect chains designed to evade security or platform controls;
14. browser exploits, drive-by downloads or unauthorised software installation;
15. theft, trading or distribution of credentials, session tokens or API keys;
16. unauthorised access to systems, networks or accounts;
17. content designed to evade anti-abuse, spam, malware or platform controls;
18. activity that violates sanctions, export controls or other applicable laws.

Users are responsible for complying with advertising, consumer-protection, endorsement, affiliate-disclosure and marketing rules applicable to their campaigns.

Do not use misleading claims, fake scarcity, fake reviews, deceptive landing pages or undisclosed material commercial relationships.

Do not generate abusive volume, scrape Linkr.lt, bypass quotas, create accounts to evade enforcement or use automated traffic to manipulate analytics or advertising.

Depending on severity, Linkr.lt may:

• warn users or visitors;
• block or flag a destination;
• disable a link or QR code;
• restrict a custom domain;
• suspend or terminate an account;
• refuse new links;
• preserve relevant records where lawful;
• report suspected unlawful activity to appropriate authorities.

We use reasonable controls but cannot identify every abusive link before it is accessed. A link being active does not mean Linkr.lt approves or endorses it.

Where applicable, an affected account owner may request review of an enforcement decision by contacting [email protected] and explaining why the decision should be reconsidered.
